Spellings in English vary — Baisakh or Baishakh, Asar or Ashadh, Saun or Shrawan, Bhadau or Bhadra, Asoj or Ashwin, Push or Poush, Chait or Chaitra. They all mean the same months.
How long is each month?
It depends on the year. Bikram Sambat months follow the sun through the twelve zodiac signs, so a month can be 29, 30, 31 or 32 days long, and the same month can change length from one year to the next. In 2083 BS, for example, Ashadh has 32 days and Poush has 29 — see the 2083 calendar.
