The Nepal Premier League (NPL) is run by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN). Plenty of fan pages, score sites and look-alike domains use the NPL name. This guide lists only the channels we could trace back to the league or to CAN, and it says where we could not confirm a handle.
KhataIN is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with the NPL, CAN or any franchise.
The league's website
The web address used by the league is npl-t20.com. When we checked it on 26 October 2026 it was a small portal, not a news or match centre. It showed the notice "Registration for SBL NPL Season III is now closed", and its support contact was a CAN email address (info@cricketnepal.org.np). npl-t20.com
Other sites with similar names, such as nplt20.com, describe themselves as publishers of NPL articles. None of them say they are run by the league, so we do not treat them as official.
For ball-by-ball scores, ESPNcricinfo carries the full NPL fixture list and scorecards. It is an independent service and is not run by the league.
YouTube
The league's YouTube channel is youtube.com/@OfficialNPLT20 and is titled "Nepal Premier League". Its description calls it the official YouTube channel of the Nepal Premier League. When we checked, the channel had about 181,000 subscribers. It carries match highlights from every 2025 game, the 2025 playoffs and final, and live streams of the 2024, 2025 and 2026 player auctions. youtube.com/@OfficialNPLT20
Facebook and X
The league uses the same handle on these two platforms:
- Facebook: facebook.com/OfficialNPLT20 (https://www.facebook.com/OfficialNPLT20/)
- X (formerly Twitter): @OfficialNPLT20 (https://x.com/OfficialNPLT20)
The X account publishes the league's own announcements, such as Player of the Match awards and team launches. It uses the hashtags #NPLT20 and #SBLNPL. SBL refers to the title sponsor, Siddhartha Bank.
Instagram and TikTok
A link page at linktr.ee/officialnplt20 lists the league's Facebook and X accounts above, plus: linktr.ee/officialnplt20
- Instagram: instagram.com/officialnplt20 (https://www.instagram.com/officialnplt20/)
- TikTok: @officialnplt20 (https://www.tiktok.com/@officialnplt20)
These handles follow the same pattern as the league's other accounts. However, we could not confirm them from a second, independent source, such as a CAN announcement. Treat them as likely rather than confirmed.
Cricket Association of Nepal
CAN organises the league, and its official announcements usually come first. Recent examples are the DRS decision and the revised match start times for the 2026 season. CAN's website is cricketnepal.org.np (https://cricketnepal.org.np/), and its X account is @CricketNep (https://x.com/CricketNep).
Franchise accounts
Each of the eight franchises runs its own social media: Biratnagar Kings, Chitwan Rhinos, Janakpur Bolts, Karnali Yaks, Kathmandu Gorkhas, Lumbini Lions, Pokhara Avengers and Sudurpaschim Royals. We have not yet confirmed each franchise's handle from an official source, so we are not listing them here. We will add them once we can confirm them. Until then, the league's own accounts are the safest place to find links to the teams.
Watch out for pirated streams
Before the 2026 season, CAN secretary Paras Khadka asked fans to watch the NPL only through official channels and digital platforms. Ratopati reported this on 23 October 2026. Our separate guide to TV and streaming lists the official rights holders.
