What you send in the inquiry form

When you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, your phone number, your email address if you add one, your message, the quantity if you add one, and the product you asked about. We use it only to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quotation.

The website runs on KhataIN, which stores inquiries in our KhataIN account on our behalf. Your inquiry is not shown publicly and is not sold.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, the inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare says these signals are strictly necessary for that check (see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum). The website also keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and browser details to limit repeated submissions.

Technical information

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to show the pages and keep the service secure. This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
